Return Policy

All sales are final. 

Skintrist Inc. does not allow returns or exchanges of any products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction (Please see Allergic Reaction section below). Our products are non-refundable/non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. We stand behind the products we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of our product for any reason please contact us at skintrist.co@outlook.com.

However, Skintrist Inc. may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on products that are delivered damaged. However, the damaged product must be reported within 7 days of purchase.  The determination of condition is at our sole discretion.  You must contact us before returning any purchase and receive approval from Skintrist Inc. to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.

Allergic Reactions

We understand that sometimes certain products do not agree with your skin type. Skinstrist Inc. will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use. Skintrist Inc. reserves the right to request a Doctors letter and/or photos of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our products.

Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients, please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Skintrist Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Skintrist Inc. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
